*wants*

So, one image and I'm already excited. Wii motion + support, yet link has no sword? Unless that girl is the master sword...

Personally, I'd like Link to punch everything to death ;D

Its clearly the sword - everyone has noticed it. For anyone that has the observing skill of a new born water vole the cape is in the shape of a hilt - theres a gem - shes shinny - and shes on links back.

There are many possibilites what he/she/it is, However We (zelda fans) have speclated that it has something to do with the Master Sword. Here are my guesses.

1. It's one of original sages that created the Master Sword

2. It's the spirit that lives within the Master Sword

3. It's a hybird Twili that is possesed by the Master Sword

The second one is most likely.

EDIT: I only just noticed how old link looks. He looks like he's in his early 20's O_O

I'm not going to speculate too much, just wait for it to happen then we'll see. All i'm hoping is that it doesn't screw up the timeline theories too much. :P

You have to admit though, it would be fun if he did just punch everything to death :P

It's a bit hard to screw up any timeline theories more so than they already are!

I always wonder if princess Zelda is actually going to have a significant role in any of these new games which bear her name.

I think Zelda is more just the brand name now. And when it's such an iconic and recognised name, why go changing it?
