Here is a piece of advice, with which you can't go wrong in life.
So here goes.
Get Brawl and a freeloader off ebay , and I promise you you will not regret it.
I bought it, it came today, and well, lets just say I give it a 99%.
Seriously guys, while it is well worth the wait, there is no reason for you to do so, so what are you waiting for? BUY IT NOW!!!
*Explodes*

The only problem I have had with it is I had to move my Wii downstairs because it is in black and white on my upstairs retro TV.
But no other sound or visual errors at all. It's absolutely perfect. you'd never know it's imported

I haven't tried Wi-fi, but apparently yes, it is pretty laggy. Even Americans are suffering this problem. Apparently it's not server based, so the reason is unknown.

I still haven't bothered even trying wi-fi. It's just not that important.
And the limitation is gone, Cinaclov! It works on my parents TV which has now kinda been adopted by me into my room.
*Edit* And I got all the characters... There are so many, I don't often know which one to pick. it sounds kinda crazy, but you'll know what I mean when you get it.

Oh, i just did wi-fi, and...
Well, it's a little bit laggy, but loading times were reasonable and overall it was pretty bearable.
Overall, I'd say this investment into an American copy is well worth it!
