It's on the DS, using the Phantom Hourglass engine by the looks of it. Notable features so far include Link being able to control a statue similar to the ones in Phantom Hourglass (you know, the ones you control in multiplayer? I havn't played PH in ages, so I'm afraid I forget the name), Zelda's back this time, and it's set on land as opposed to the Ocean this time. However, you still have to use a method of transport similar to the boat to get from place to place, which is where the thing i'm most excited about from that video comes in; Link has a train. Anyways, your thoughts? Would you have preferred this to have been a new Wii Zelda, or is this still of interest to you? What new features would you like to see in this game? Oh, and on a side note, for those of you who havn't already (and I knwo DD will benefit hugely from this) but the Wii has a new update available for it allowing instant access to SD cards and the games on it, as well as allowing cards up to 32gigs to be used (where as previously 2 was the limit). This was announced just before Zelda, so I thought i'd bundle this in as well rather than make a new thread about it.

You could argue that bombs are too modern for Zelda, as gunpower wasn't invented until well after the middle ages (Which is when Zelda Looks like it's set).
I think you need to suspend belief...

Same with LA, which is why I didn't use the electric grabby claw thing from that mini game in LA as an example. However, the Tingle Tuner and Pictobox... That's another story

Tingle Tuner, pictobox, cannons (especially the one in TP), that bazooka from TP, bombs, bombchus, bomb arrows, hookshot (that's some pretty impressive engineering), steamboats in PH, there is a lot that is technologically debatable in the Zelda series.
And really, you have to include Link's Awakening. Even though it's a dream, the objects must still be possible for the Wind Fish to be able to dream them. LA had the claw grabber mini game, telephones, and a camera store.
Personally I like it when there are things like this in Zelda. The more steampunk Zelda gets, the more interested and excited I get. And I love it as it is anyway!
